model convertion tool

is there a program or a script in which will convert a .gmax format or a .p3d to a .obj format or something like cos im realy close to finishing a model ive been wroking on its a dalek and its for halo pc not ce for those of you who prefer pc i have got some that are for ce but im more concerned bout the model i jst made its a remodel of the plasma turret nothing taken out nothin put in just a remodel but please help me help me.
