PMI Question

When I try to import something in Halo using a Spark Edit or W/E. It always comes up as a small collision box. Less than visible. It is tiny and when I try ingame it doesn't work.

Can someone make a good tutorial or at least help me with it. I've got some items to not have that but that's only some not all.
