Skinning

Ok, I've been working on this mod HERE and anyway ive been running into a few problems with the skinning. I've extracted all the weapon bitmaps, and changed them to what I want, but then when I try to inject them back in, nothing happens when I play. Then I realized that I'd have to go to shared.map and inject it, but then the weapons would be changed for every map, but I only want them to be changed in midship.

So would anyone be interested in helping me inject the weapon bitmaps back, so that they are only in MIDSHIP and not into shared.map? I don't know how to do this, so if you help I will certainly give you alot of the credit for this mod.
