I just downloaded HEK, and....... Tool doesnt work. It just appears and goes away in like 1 second. Someone plz help....... AHHHHHHHHH!

The same thing happens to me.

The way I do it is go to start > run.
Type in cmd (in XP) or command (98-ME).
Then type cd (put ur CE directory here w/o parantheses).
Press enter.
You should see your CE directory in the window.
Now type tool and press enter.
Or you can get HEKter and put that in ur CE directory and just make a shortcut to HEKter.

2.i click on "play"

create a shortcut from cmd and then right click on it. after that copy the address to your halo custom edition folder to where it says "start in" so it should say this:

Start in: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition"
figuring the hek stuff is in the halo custom edition folder.

after that click on the cmd and then type tool and it should launch.

go into windows\system 32 then look for cmd. after that right click on it then send it to your desktop
