HEK Setup problem

AAAHHHH, whenever i try to install HEK it says Cab1.CAB is corrupt, and i defragged,and did everything it told me to do, please helP!!!!! and i ahave 90 gigs left...and 1gig ram...

it might be the download. where are you trying to download from?
