Windows XP Styles

there are different types of styles for win xp that look like the start menu is changed the icons for everything has changed and much much more with different colors and visual effects, i cannot seemt o find them if you do not know what im talking about check out the pictures forum page 13 or 14 and theres a guy w/ a green background and crazy set up and i was hoping that people will post there styles here for all to use
