Water IN A CE Map ?

Hi, My friend gave me this idea for a map. But it has water on it, and i dont no how to make (have) water on a ce map. I know some people might say JUST DONT HAVE WATER. But id really like to no how ! Thanks.

you could try http://www.halowiki.com thats where i learned, in Gmax, 3ds, or what-ever, in some you can make water. or make a plane (flat surface) where u want the water, name it "water!" without the quotes. if you want water with fog, simply change it to "water!$" . i think this is right, reply if it is or isnt, im very tired.

EDIT: if you make land, change just a small part of a hill to water, people will fall through and die and it would look cool.
