Water working like shit. Can anyone help?

Alright, my map is coming good, except for the water. Heres my map so you can look at it. Look at the water in the stream: http://files2.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=27244.

Well, i have several problems. 1, when i'm trying to make the waterfall, the water doesnt flow in the right direction. It like flows to the left of the plane I created in 3ds max. 2, when i go under water. I dont hear that underwater sound, and it doesnt sound like i'm underwater at all. You can tell that you are just under a plane. 3, the fog effects arent working for me. I get errors in tool about them. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I'm new to the HEK but i'm proud of my map progressing nicely.

The waterfalls were never meant to have an underwater sound. Try putting in that Death Island water in.
