HELP! Problem importing models

HELP! Problem importing models

I export the model using HMT3.5, import the model using blender 2.36. ThEn I export to a new .obj file...upon injecting a new model into HMT...it says I have too many indicies...EVEN without touching the model...What did I do wrong?

the program ur using add indencies or/and verticies so surggest using milkshape 3d because it doenst tho its shareware u can get it here
