how to make a ppf file

i have looked all over and maybe i haven't looked hard enough, but i need to know how to make ppf fils. alot of ppl like my mods that i make along with my skins that i do. the reason i need to know this is because alot of ppl that want my stuff have dial up. so i can't send them the whole map. so plz help me out
