Beginner Injection error

On the perfect model injection tutorial, when i trying rebuilding it says: An unhandled exeption has occurred in your aplication. If you click continue, the aplication will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will be shut down immediatly. The process cannot access the file "C:\BuildTree.txt" because it is being used by another process

I did every step right until i couldnt go any further, it may be the wrong forums to post this but i need help quick if u can
