I need help with Moon 1.2

Everytime I try to use AVI or ch2r to get to the options of changing mainmenu.map it will not work and I need some help. I keep on getting an error on my computer.

Since I am a noob at Halo modding I must ask 1 thing, why are the maps not already premodded and availible for download
Life sucks get used to it
