problem with h2edit and ch2r

whenever i try to run the programs it say and error and closes before it even starts. what am i doing wrong. do i run these programs on the xbox? i'm a super noob as it goes for modding and haven't even finished modding the box yet. can you guys help me? also how do you burn games to the HDD? thnxs for any help.

to run the ch2r or h2edit (personally i reccomend ADI) you need the .net framework 1.1 package from the microsoft website.
finish modding your xbox, turn off autoboot games, stick halo2 in, and darg EVERYTHING from the D:/ to a folder on your computer.

thnx alot. i know a bit about modding but hadn't done it myself. i personally found that soldering in the chip wasn't as difficult as other things i've done.

EDIT: also, if you could provide me with the dvd2xbox dl it would help xbins.org only has the source code ver.

Posting a direct download to dvd2xbox(or anything built with XDK) is considered illegal and therefore no legitimate websites like xbox-scene will have it. Check the tutorial on accessing xbins via ftp(not xbins.org) on xbox-scene and also download the special mIRC client made specifically for accessing xbins.

when i try to connect to efnet it won't do it. or else i would have already done that. i didn't mean post the file, just a link to where i can find the file. maybe a should look at kazaa
