PC-XBOX FTP help

hi all i have a little problem and i would really apreciate some help FTPing with xbox.

rite running evox (obviosly) 80gb hard drive ect. i know quite alot about computers (just not networking) all i want to know is what to do.

i have flash FXP as it was recomended on xbox-scene, entered ip port ect. setup my network card basically this is what i get in flashFXP

"[R] Connecting to Xbox -> IP=192.168.1.200 PORT=21 (attempt # 9)
[R] Connected to Xbox
[R] Connection failed (Connection lost)
[R] Delaying for 120 seconds before reconnect attempt #10"

i would really apreciate help guys because iv been trying to figure it out for 3 and a half hours now.
