How to make PMI'd vehicles driveable

I was just wondering how would you make a pelican driveable after you did a PMI to get it into a MP level?

You have to change the seat in HMT I think you need to change the seat name under vehicle tag to the same name as the driver seat of warthog. I think the name is like w_driver or something.
