So, in a single player map with the energy sword in it, how do you make the a weapon glow like the energy sword?

there is a way to do it now. u have to have a certain weapons plugin so it wont explode while glowing. check the utilities forum.

I saw it in Hek Plugins. Is that what you mean because I have no idea how this will help.

That's already a re-built Energy Sword.

There are things called Marker Instances. They are part of the .gbxmodel/.model of the weapon. When creating a glow tag, you gotta refrence the attaching marker in the glow tag to the Marker Instance instead of a normal Marker. Killa showed meh, but I'm still confused like hell.
Thing is, it only works in Third Person, AND there is no way to customize glow on weapons in Halo PC.

There must be a way to get the glow on a fp model.

What about rebuilding, hex edit, spark edit, lightray, etc.? Something.

No, sorry, PC can't do it. No way to edit marker instances and apply glow widgets. Owned.

yes, pc can do it. At least with plasma weapons. Open up the weapons tags and find a covie weapon. Then swap all the light tags with the energy sword lights.

You guys have to help me here, I have an fp model of the energy sword and I must make it glow.

If you guys help me make this fp model glow, I will release the single player and multiplayer maps with the Perfect Model Injected Energy Sword with a glowing FP model that can lunge. Ya hear me, playas?

BTW, the FP model is the 3rd person model.
