About the hud

ok i know this no hud exist ,, but one question, how d we take of the players name, like if i aim at someone ,i see his name appearing on top of screen, how i change that?, like how do i take that off, there must be a way,cmon, weve already found a way to take off hud , weapon(AGES AGO)
PLEASE HELP!
