DS on Mac and where to find DED2

hey i know you cant make a DS on mac right now but does anyone know if macs will ever be able to. Because I would really like to and if they can make halo for mac why not make the DS program for mac?
And also for my friend with pc, where does he get Yomama's programs HaloDED2? I cant find anywhere on this site or on google Help Please
