dev for CE?

i've been playing halo CE and people have a dev mode but everyone sais there isnt a devmode for CE

and if there is a devmode HOW DO U GET IT
(it would be fun to make a chaotic game once and a while)

ok what i mean is:

when i go play on the map HALOBALL people press a certain key and everytime you jump you go higher and higher for a short period of time.

THEN!:
i played at the castle and a guy spawend vehicles and weopons and everyone could jump high with Ai vehicles!

he said he was using devmode!

Ya there is devmodes don't listen to them.

kind of devmode everyone was affected!

You gotta start the game if you want to be able to control the devmode.

i tried to do that but it didnt work and i think you need to have 2 e-mails to regester on both files and forms
