can someone explain how to hex edit guns

Post by spartan1016 »

i know how to basic hex edit but im not sure how to make like a sniper bullet that comes out of a pistol so the same amount of damage that it would if it were to come out of the sniper rifle itself. if someone would be as kind to tell me how to do this :?:

it's real easy to do it using hmt...open the map file you want to edit... go to projectiles and find the target projectile (so if you want tthe pistol to fire sniper rounds select and copy the code for the sniper bullet) then find the code for the weapon you want it to fire from (in thi s case the pistol) then simply paste the rifle code over the pistol code...Save it. I'm still learning so there are other more skilled people to ask about the subject. This is roughly how much i learned within an hour of installing Net Framework 1.0...
