Post in the Sapien\Guerilla\Tool forum next time. Tech ? is for hardware mostly.

Your level has to be sealed. There can't be any holes. Boolean shouldn't work with the faces flipped anyway.

well it doesn't go in sapien etc etc etc because i'm trying to deal with this problem in 3ds max 6 :x . so can anyone help me with this? i booleaned the hell out of an object that didn't have any holes till i booleaned. it was made from a box, and the faces weren't flipped.

Yeah it does, technically it's a tool error. That's where they've all been going. But are you making an object (scenery, etc.), or a level?

it's a building, which i guess, qualifies for scenery. it hasn't been to tool yet at all. it's still in 3ds max. so tha's why i don't understand why you call it a tool error... :( . anyways, yeh... i can't find a way to fix these open edges. strange that they were generated on this building when it wasn't on others...

Select the verticies on the corners and make sure that it shows it as 1 Vertex, instead of more. That could be it.
