HALO CE: The new sniper rifle scope..messed?? Please respond

Can someone help me out here and tell me the right or wrong answer? I am going mad over this.

-- Does anyone notice that they have off-centered altimeters in their sniper rifle scope? --

Now, if everyone has them since it came with CE, are they supposed to be off-centered?

And are there supposed to be any at all?

If nobody knows what I am talking about look (below is from another post of mine):

When you ZOOM IN with your sniper rifle. in Halo CE. Do you see altimeters, sometimes blue sometimes brown/tan, IN YOUR SCOPE? They are offcentered. Look here i will take a screenshot:

now you see those blue..i guess they're white altimeters in my scope? theres one right next to my "2x" and another one outside of the zoom box. Now tell me that's not normal, either that or they are supposed to be in Custom Edition, and mine are just f*ked up?

i dont know what is wrong but it isnt going to effect your playing. just dont pay attention to it.

i dont pay attention to it at all and it doesnt affect my playing, but its just those little things that annoy me that i wanna fix! i think i saw like 2 vids with people with correctly centered altimeters, so i know there's something wrong with mine. And in one of the RvB episodes, you see them, but they're not offcenter. So they exist elsewhere, but mine a f'ed up.

The red vs blue episodes are filmed on xbox, maybe one episode used CE Devmode, but thats all.
