Gears of War Lancer Assault Rifle Model w/ Pics

This is a model of the Lancer Assault Rifle from Gears of War. Please, if you would like to download the .OBJ model file, if you have extra time, please read the readme file included in the WinRAR download. PM me if you can, i need it injected into Turf.map. Thanks!
(might not need it injected anymore and i am fixing the small problem)
You can use in your mod as long as you don't release it publically without first getting my permission.

Did you model this weapon yourself, or just rip it from a game and stick it into a map?

It's so highly detailed that I would guess he ripped it straight from the game, because I can't even get it to load in Milkshape and it lags the hell out of 3ds.

In that case, it would be illegal to download the model unless you own that game, or to put it into an entirely different game/engine.

It is not ripped, i had help from a friend who just graduated from collage that learned 2D to 3D Modeling. Here's the original Pic:

funny you say that, that little signature on the bottom right I have seen on different modeled images before, and I am not kidding, I don't think your friend did this, but You never know..

if it lags like hell then it's not ripped it just means that his friend sucks at making low poly models. besides look at the aimers they are way too different then the one in the game. and the teeth of the chainsaw is too thick. i think he went to college for nothing man...
i don't think anyone wants someone that can't even model the weapon correctly when it's already done and he has pics of it....
but for the skin...i don't know...

The bottom right corner of the image has a watermark from a site.
(I never remember what it was called, but I know I've seen that watermark before. Which proves, unless he made the model for the actual game, it was ripped.)

He still could have ripped it. We have no factual evidence that he didn't rip it.

But, you also don't have any info that i did, so can we just drop this with spamming this and just leave a good review. Even if it was ripped, i probably would have ripped all of the weapons.

meanie lol, he taught me how to do it, gave an eaxmple by doing the blade, than i took over
