Delimiter Actor and Actor Varient Tags

I did not make these, I am uploading these per request because the link in the other thread does not work.

Note: I changed the firing, sight and hearing distance because no matter what weapon they had it would try to shoot them all the way across the map.

actuly if i remeber it was aztec who used to be a admin here who has long since been demoted due to a few reasons.
