need more detailed reference models!

yes, i have checked the sticky w/ the reference models download a few topics above me, but i need one with detailed vehicles, for example, the warthog model in the above download is well......bad, and unless someone can supply a link to a .obj importer, i could use a link or a download for some high-detail reference models

open up guerilla, open the gbxmodel tag of the warthog or w/e, then export it as a txt file.

heres the post for the model importer for 3ds:

open 3ds, run script. models might not look great but w/e. oh yea and theres a lot of little spheres and boxes.. those are just markers so if ur using the model for reference, just delete those.

thanks for your help, i WOULD have just went and got them from HMT but, like i said, i do not have the plugin, thanks for posting it, i will use it should this file be not what i am looking for

Are these all pulled straight out the game?
And whats the other file for once its extracted? I have a 3ds scene and a '3DS file', which I cant open with 3ds max.

the .3ds u open by doing File > Import and chaging file type to ".3ds"

um....why does it really matter if they're detailed or not.....
most people I know just use blocks that are the same sizes as the vehicles and mc...

whatever.....I guess u need it to look pretty......(J/K)
