I haven't gotten the chance to play this map on a network yet. It is called pacman. Not a very original name, but it's tentative. Probably won't ever work on it again, because the map size is about 100% larger than I wanted it to be. A small shotgun like map. This map probably could be fun with a lot of people. Graphics aren't always important
Wall textures are messed up.
And I'm pretty sure only slayer/team slayer works.

That's true. The textures looked good in gmax ><
When I eventually got it into sapien, it was definatly not what I expected. Didn't realize the map would be so big, and the walls were messed up.
I hoped it would look how I expected it to when it got into halo. But now I know it looks the same.
Except the trees I put in didn't show up in halo.

umm... ya know.... you can just resize the model in Gmax to suit what you need...

you know after 4 years (look sign up date) i still didnt figure which programs i need to use to make maps for this, and then im not even talking about how to do it, and dont fool me friggin HEK

ow before i forgot, nice map... i remember somebody that used to put music in his maps while the maps (zomgz it was not his first!) even where worse then this one

all you need is
HEK
a paint program that can save in tif format
gmax
chimp

sry bout having no links, but you can probably find all that stuff on halomaps

o and btw kirks tutorials are very good, gmax is almost identical to 3ds so the tutorials fine for gmax mapping.

Hmm, what version of Chimp and Gmax did you use to get it to extract, cause Chimp never works for me. Cool map by the way, would be a good vehicles + rockets map, or a snipers map.
