Can you upload tools to mod Xbox games?

This is a board for hardware modification and whatnot, not for general Xbox game modding. It's for console modding, not console game modding.

This would include case modding?

The intention is for the hard modification of the consoles. The act of enabling them to run modified content, whether that be by chip or soft modding.
