HMT: Rocket Sniper Video Tutorial

Ok well this is my first video tutorial. It is aimed for
beginners. Most people are gonna find this useless since they already know this. It explains how to do basic things like projectile swapping, unlimted ammo, projectile speeds and how far a projectile travels. Some of this has probablly been done before but i made it into a video tutorial.

Alright the audio and voice is good but the video quality is downright horrible

I know...

I dont know how i can make it better i mean i exported it on the highest detail possible in camtasia. Any suggestions?

I have a camstasia profile I can give to you.When you go to "product video as..."
make a new profile and give it these settings:
A name
make it AVI
True Color
30Frames
Video Compression:Techsmith codec key frame every 80 frames
Largest Video Size
