Well This is a very very easy tut I made awhile ago here is my orignal place where I posted it and I chose to post it here now.

You will also need the Photoshop .dds plugin so you can open your extracted images, It can be located here .

It is really easy to understand and is all pictures. Hope you enjoy the tut

now open the .dds file you extracted of the warthog in photoshop and this window willl pop up.

OH, YOU SAVE IT AS NO ALPHA!! ohhhhh. that could be why mine doesnt work when i try and mod the hog... stupid sig stealer

No...you save as 1 bit alpha. Well at least I think you're supposed to...it always works that way for me. Nice tutorial.

im confused... kinda new to this too.... what program do u use to open it? im usin adobe photoshop elements 2.0 and it wont open in it

You need a .DDS Plugin. Search for it in the Files Forum, under Utilities.

Yeah I came on a couple minutes ago. My post also got screwed up... I stop loading the page when i had pressed sumbit then I was just gonna delete the 2 one when you replied and now I can't
