HMT: HMT 3.5 Tutorial Program
HMT: HMT 3.5 Tutorial Program
Okay Umm me and a few people from the site I run wrote this tutorial program. Its pretty detailed. I'm sure a lot of you could do better but this is pretty discriptive and has a few examples. I mostly mod for trial so thats why it doesnt have a lot with the modeling and stuff but still worth it to check out. Umm its kinda not done the final one will have a lot more examples and more interactive stuff just this one took almost 28 hours and I wanted to get it out there. If someone knows and could I would like to add some information on who actually made HMT looked for it but couldnt find much on him so if anyone could email me stuff like what language he made it in and how long it took and stuff that would be great, my email is [email protected]. So injoy

I apalogize for this. Do not download this program. I did not make this virus. My computer was infected and I was unaware of it. I have taken the link down and I am currently scanning my computer. It has found most of the viruses and I will do a virus scan with a cupple programs then rerelease a virus free one. Again I am sorry for this I wasn't aware of it.

Okay again im sorry for the last one. What I did this time is I went put it on a seperate source. Then reformated my entire computer to make sure the virus was out. Brought back the file. Then I scanned it with McAfee Antivirus which detected all the infected files last time. I deleted all the files that even could have had a virus in them and remade them. All the html and stuff I redid along with going through the coding of The tut and made sure there was no sign of it. Then I compiled the program and did another virus scan on it. I put lal the necessary files into the folder and compressed it. Then I scanned the Archived folder. So I am now 100% comfident that there is no virus in this updated virsion. I had to rewrite 2 sections that got messed up during the transfer and that is about all you will notice that is changed. Again I apoligize for it. The link up there is updated and is now safe to download.

Why is it hosted offsite?
Please tell me why you dont upload it into the files forum, where it can be scanned by halomods admin.
Your link to wherever could be "accidently" infected again.
Are you going to cover any costs incurred by members having to get your virus cleaned from their networks?
DECOY

Okay sorry for the dubble post up there. It is hosted offsite because I use the same link to host it on my site so I figured why not save halomods.com space. And about the installation it isnt really an installation. Its self extracting so it will take it from about 800k to around 10 meg. So the thing about installing it is kinda irrelivant because there is no default folder thats just the folder that you selected. Its default is actually in the same folder as the self extracting files. Which most likly you see documetns and settings because you had the folder on your desktop and it was like this: C:/documents and settings/(user)/desktop/HMT tutorial/
I guess I could host it on the site if ya want but last one I did and they didnt catch it. I dunno but now im confident that that virus wont come back now my computer has upgraded virus check with dayly file scans.
