[MOD] Die you angry elite bastards!! V1

made with <3 on a mac.

ill be updating this mod frequently, all modifications were done by me
all skins were done by hubblah.

ok here we go!
features
  • elite captains, hunter majors

    respwaning AI

    AI is extremely aggressive, and intelligent (no more shoot, sidestep, shoot problems)

    AI removes themselves from vehicle upon seeing you

    elite fly around in banshees (and are intellegent)

    added blood effects for MC and AI

    added a longsword and changed the physics (consider this more like usable scenery, you can fly it, but it does nothing really)

    new in game phrases, map descriptions

    civi hog

    rocket launcher has firetrail effects, scorpion now shoots different projectiles as well

    changed warthog physics, speed, and a few other details

    lighting changes

    MC high jumps

    can't die by falling

    and a whole lot more...

note: the lag in the movies are because of the small amount of memory on the computer i used to film this, it is not actually lagging in the game

Aggressive AI mod


note:if you are having lag problems you can do 2 things. remove all the banshees and rhogs from your game via game type selection (the vehicles with the AI will still show up)
or
you can change the itmc spawn times for the rocket launcher (rhog) and flamethrower (banshee)

hey you released it...i was happy to test it..

infact we both were doing a deathisland mod at the same time :P

im might download it to play it again :)

Hey not fair! I was making a mod exactly like this. You stole my idea. Oh well. Better change it. How did you get them to respawn on a mac?

Not exactly respawning ai but I guess It's good mod. It lags horribly on my cpu though.

actually, it is respawning AI, and if you want to change the respawning time just go into eschaton and change the itmc tags respawn time for the
flamethrower{banshees}
rocket launcher{rocket hogs} this will fix the lag, when i update this mod i think im going to make a app just for changing respawn times and how many AI respawn, ill only make it so it works for my map though ;p

im working on a new mod, lots of ai, hunters fly around in shees, alien tank, covie hog, the longsword (fighter bomber) is flyable. im about half done with completing it. anyone who wants to try it out it here it is.deathislanda.i.map.zip if you DL please tell me what you think and ant glitches that occur

What I meant is that PC's Can respawn ai without using vehicles.

Nice job though.
