[MOD]Ragnarok v1.0

After months since early August, I have have been working my ass off on this. This is my mod. This is my gold. This is Ragnarok.

Story: After battling on a mountain for days, two SPARTAN-II teams, red and blue, fell down a ravine after an explosion blew them off their bases and into the ravine below. They floated in the sea for hours, unconscious, only their MJOLNIR suits keeping them alive. When they woke, they were on a forerunner island with two bases with killed and gutted elites in them. Even the SPARTAN-IIs were fearful of the massive bases and the powerful new UNSC and Covenant weapons there. They halted their fights to gather and survive together. The most amazing things on the island were the new MJOLNIR suits they found. While testing, the two SPARTAN teams noticed they could jump several meters into the air and land without a scratch, their shields only flaring slightly. Despite their testing and truce, however, they secretly gathered weapons and organized the vehicles on the island to prepare for their battle. Now, the two SPARTAN teams have found their enemies' bases, and have prepared to battle together. This is war. This is hell. This is Ragnarok, the end of the entire god-damned world.

New explosions all round!

Note: The missile is now guided (don't ask how I did it, it was an accident). Aim it in the right place at your enemy and it will corkscrew quickly towards your target. Almost IMPOSSIBLE to evade.

Edit: Did I meantion if you hold down crouch, you can go through stuff and not fall through the map?

To get it in the right place you can. There's only water fog in Death Island, and I wanted to make fog everywhere.

And I swear, the missiles were accidental.

Oh, I forgot to write in what to be expected in the future:

- Sparkedit/Sapien (PC things) work to make the weapons that don't spawn, spawn, and also to place crashed vehicles more moderately and making them look like they've crashed.

- PC work to get rain sounds in.

- My own, creepy sounds like flood sounds in the background.

- Darkened lightmaps from a PC user so that it looks more evil.

- A better tank skin that shines.

All of this will be in v1.1!

Spirit is the name of the dropship in Halo 1, ya know the two-pronged one, the ones that are all over the map

btw, needler nades ftw
EDIT: if you imported a new sky, you're gonna have to perfect the model, i mean appending raw and such

It's called the apparition, I read about it. The needle grenade is the first "chain" weapon I've seen on mac. And the sky is nulled out because I want to give that foggy, middle-of-nowhere feeling.

The needler nades are awesome! Also, I like how the frag nades spawn actual scenery when they explode. When you shoot the tank's secondary fire at the ground in front of you and drive over it, it's a suicide, even if you only shot like three :P

the frags explosion effect was taken from the maw and put into the map. idk how he did the plasma nade though.

Actually(im gonna pwn u all) The Halo 1 dropship with the 2 prongs in the back that sorta looks like the sword would be called the seraph...so i think paul is right it is a spirit

back.. on topic... you should've asked somebody to PMI the ships in sparkedit for ya cuz it looks like they're all facing the same way cept for a couple.

The only two guys I could contact were DECOY and Cloud4058. Cloud deleted his boot camp and didn't get what he thought he would for christmas, and I never got around to decoy before the release.

Plus, I'm going to post an update if you noticed the v1.0 thing. It's going to include all the stuff I can't do on a mac.
