ok peeps here is my latest skin 4 those of us with bad GFX 4 the mc i tweeked the mastercheif skin up a tad and totaly improved the arms.

i guess it would look... well it wouldint look anything because...
there are 2 bitmaps to MC... high detail, and low detail.

Just clicck the attachment that is on the first post and it should work.No guarentees though. Anyway nice job on this. reminds me of halo 3 almost.
