Yes you would...Modding is not technically illegal but its going against what the creators intended the game to be

Anyways, the scarab wasn't made my jahrain, so his ripping policy as stated in the read-me doen't apply. That only applied to the bulldogs and the biped. The scarab was converted by the scarab conversion team, so you should get their permission.
