Halo 3 Weapons

Hey guys, I'm back from my 3 year sleep and I've decided to start modding again, whilst Halo 3 came out a few days ago and I don't have a 360, I decided the weapons onto the PC version of halo.

I have only just started and decided to create all the weapons that are either already on Halo PC but revamped to make them look more like Halo 3 and maybe tweak the look of a weapon by re-modelling it.

So without further adeu..
This is how far I've got so far (expect frequent upsdates to this post):



Assault Rifle (Tweaked to give those indents at the top, still unfiished)

This is all so far, but keep checking and there should be more by the end of the week.

gah!!!! pics took forever to load... by the way the assualt rifle doesn't look too acurrate...halo 3 looks diff teh halo 1 assualt look closer to halo 3's one. but i like the new assualt rifle tho.

It takes a very long time to load but they do look good.

Ya this ones unfinished, theres 3 indents on the halo 3 one, and a few extra textures and colors missing, which I plan adding in.

Do you think it needs to be darker?

Eh, not half bad...should be fun to see where this mod goes.

Though in the third pic I can tell multipurpose needs to be fixed. But darker- no.

Oh nice. Good to see you back TAZZ, and I'm excited to see more weapons.

the indents are not spaced that far apart.

Small Update

I was messing with the model and found out that I could create the dents properly without the big gaps, heres the results..

i dont like it , cause the display is too small.Make it bigger and it will be better.and btw - for the small update - yes.with it its better.

On that updated picture, I started it again, the display only looks small cos its at that angle.

Also I tightenned up the back end of the FP view as in Halo 3 the FP view of the AR makes it look squashed.
