(Model)Tank model made by a company I found while browsing

Mods if this is not the correct section for this then you can move it or whatever.
I was browsing for a converter that will convert the .max tutorial level to a .gmax or other Gmax-importable file so I can use the master chief reference model in gmax, when I came across
this.
If you look at the top of the screen, the top bar says TANQUE_HALO, and there's a (I think modified) model of a scorpion.

It looks like a scorpion, and in the very upper left corner it says tanque halo, meaning a tank from Halo, so yeah it's halo.

Um, I don't get the point of this...
1. You'd have to be an idiot to not see that it's a Scorpion
2. It sucks. Seriously.
3. It has the original scorpion texture from Halo (possibly Halo 2, from the Maya render?)
4. Did I mention it's a horrid model, whether it's the scorpion or not?

that's cool how they do half render...is there an option like that or is it like photo editing than if it is photo editing (photoshop/paint shop pro) that not that special.
