HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I was playing around with textures because I just learned how and was making a skin for the warthog, but whenever you a certain distance from it it turns black. I was wondering if the game always does this with new textures or is it something I'm doing? Any help would be appreciated.

You should have ask this in the New Users Section. Anyways are you checking off "Generate MIP Maps" when you save it as a .DDS file?

I think it could be the alpha map.

As for getting it to work thanks, checking the mipmaps worked, I could see the color all the way across the level, boy do I feel dumb lol
