HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Hello people...christmas time comes once a year and is the most magical time of all. Now i have tried to capture all of that into one mod. This mod will not be released until December 24th 11:59 PM or if the demand is so high, I will release early. This mod is a mod for Relic. I tried to make it as much as the north pole as i could. It contains 4 UV mapped models (would of had more...but i got tired and ya....i might release V2 with santas bag and etc.). I hope you enjoy this "teaser" of my mod and i hope you will have fun playing it when it is released.

for the north pole, there's a lot of water and not that much ice :/

Candy canes are awesome but what are they going to shoot? I think it would be better to use as a sword.

hey man im lovin the models but u shud null out the shader for the water and then skin the floor of where the water used to be

The candy canes say innovation...Your skin tells me desaturation, except the
"snow" ground.

As I said, I like the candy canes...but the moon? Looks awfully huge in an odd position (Not that I have been to the North Pole, but it just seems wierd)
Then the water... It kinda works, but still seems odd...

the grass isn't snowy yet (I'm sure you figured that out) and the trees aren't snowy either...Are there trees up there?

But...All my picking apart the mod can't go without some balancing, so, add a scen to the MC like the bubbles in that guys mod (Sorry, I can't rmember you, don't hate me further ), but instead of bubbles, a snata hat may suffice...Or the bubbles, either way

Whilst the teaser isn't necessarily bad, it could do with some touchups that I mentioned, good luck and I hope for the best Mr Ninja...
