If this is your first model, which is hard to believe, then 10/10 goes to you. If it's not... well you're kinda a liar so 8/10 cuz it beats what I can make.

LoL this is my first serious model. The pic below I mentioned in my first post is the rectangle I called an uzi.
the m16 is just a bunch of deformers, splines, and objects

Do some research. Find my topics in the pictures section. Then you'll see. The tank I started on the same day as my first ever model.

i guess for a first you did a good job capturing the idea but the model its self is horribly basic and inaccurate
i suggest using tutorials though they'll help a lot

this is what i would expect for a first weapon. try not to spline, because it's terribly innacurate. also, follow your reference more carefully, and use more than one. your model is even missing parts. if you try to do it again, try not to make it so basic an innacurate.
http://world.guns.ru/assault/as18-e.htm there's some good references.

if you think this is one of the best m16 models you've seen, you really need to search the forums.

Would you be willing to try to inject that into halo 2? If it worked you get 1billion cookies but it looks a little high poly for halo. Still, Best model ive ever seen.

I never said the tank was my first model. I said I started it on the same day as my first model.
That version of Wings they're using looks sexy. Too bad it's not there on the Mac yet.

And I never said that the tank was your first model either. I just said what your real first model was because that was his first model.
