Hey, this is my work in progress halo level. Ive been working on this for a week (an hour everyday or every other day). Give me some feedback, ill probably finish the bsp and texturing this upcoming week and then start my journey into sapien. Might need some help there with the texturing though...oh well ill get to it when i get to it. Sorry about the unlit faces in the pictures, i didnt add any lights into the scene. Thx in advance.

Yeh with entity if you export the visual mesh all the images go with it. So you just refer all the shaders and invert them and youve got your level in 3d max. So hes probably edited it that way.

If not great work.

Hey again, this time im uploading a video that runs through half of my level. Some things are still going to change especially in the first room and some doors are missing too so please keep in mind that it is not yet finished. Thanks for all the feedback, ill keep on working on this level to make it better. To answer PyroBlizzard's comment, i did not export anything from halo 2 or halo 1 (dont know how to), i was simply inspired by both my own vision and by the original halo's bsp structural design. I did make this level from scratch: modelling, texturing was done by me, not exported and then edited. This may remind you of rooms from certain levels because they follow roughly the same method.

Well heres that video now, tell me what you think, please disregard the funky lighting.

Hi again, im posting some updated pictures. Ive been mostly modelling some new rooms where teleporters will be and some nice stages for players to duke it out in. Detail has occupied most of my time modelling this level, but im also trying to keep it simple because im almost at 10,000 polygons. This level will be intended for 8+ players since its pretty big. Ive also been trying to create a flow between the rooms for the level.

Here you go, feedback is appreciated.

it doesn't look that bad except for the wire...that won't go ingame the way you made it. every vert needs to be connected

Dont worry about the how the meshes are set up right now...im in the process of building things separately and then connecting them up one by one. Ive gotten it through tool...i know my way around errors.
