Correct, there is no download.
Anyhoo, it looks quite good so far, I'm not sure about the sky. I think it's too dark for the lightmap. Make the sky more of a sunsetty thing.

That base looks pretty neato! I like the tecture on top but if it was like that all over where the banshee is it would be better.
Also continue this mod you never know how great it could end up being!
