That isn't camo.
That is just the distoration cubemap normal.

A single quote counts as two lines
and it's really rather basic and its not active camo.

I'm working on that. All my previous attempts turned it into either a dull looking Warthog, a vomit-like texture or a gray model.
I tried going active camo and driving it but the framerate dropped considerably (15fps on a 6800GT).

You can't make it have camo.
It is a DX Shader that is hardcoded into the game.
The only other person that has been able to get, a close-to effect. Was Tiamat.
