Halo 3 MC drawing

I'm currently taking a break from rendering, and in the process of drawing the new H3 masterchief. Here's what I've done so far (the colouring and outlines are on different layers, so I can finish them seperately). The extremely hard parts (some parts of rubber, armour) are going to be traced until I'm more comfortable with how they are drawn; 90% of this is freehand.
I'll post more pics as I finish more parts of him. =D

looks good... i think it needs more work tho
lol i wish i could draw that good... but i cant... oh well good luck with it cant wait 2 c the finnished project

That took me about half an hour, including coloring and screwing up multiple times.

It's just a matter of lighter and darker color variations around the lines.
