Just an Every Day Ghost Skin

Howdy. It's nothing special, but I have a skin soon and this is the ghost I'm probably going to include in it (first
real ghost skin: the other skin I did I just adjusted the contrast). I just finished and thought it looked pretty cool, so I thought I'd post it for you guys to see. Like it or hate it, it doesn't matter to me.

It sure is a good thing I don't skin for PC then!
Why would people flame me for this? I know it's not the best skin ever, but I sure think it's kinda nice. Simple, but so was the original ghost bungie made! hehe

i like! did you remove the bump that gives it that purple shine to it? if so how did you do it?

cause people seem to hate halo pc modding and this would be "too simple" "Dont flood our forums with this crap" kinda thing.

No, I didn't remove the bump that gives it the purple shine, it's still there unfortunatly. I was careful to take the pics at an angle where it wasn't too distracting, but ingame it looks about how it looks in these pics.
I did, however, adjust the shader a bit to make it more "polished." I've been having fun with shaders, and I think this adjustment makes a nice (thogh slight) difference.

The background is a skin I'm working on. I did the ghost and warthog for this skin just for the heck of it.

All I'm saying is that the most detailed Ghosts I've seen
aren't made by Bungie. Their Ghost is way sexy, but It's not the most detailed I've seen. It's kinda simple, in fact...
but that's my opinion.

What military would slap a hippy color-style to their vehicles? It would make sense to make it the simplest as possible to make it harder to notice.
