i have worked on my first model and i need to know should i keep modeling or do i suck really badly, this was done using milkshape 3d v1.7.6

looks like cacadoody. use 3dsmax 8 and get some really good tuts.

Can you post a wireframe? I can't really see what's going on with that odd texture/shading.

well if you get 3dsmax8 trial, it inspired me to get it another way, which i did, but then i removed it cos i never used it again lol. so stick to what you are using, but try to get better with it by reading tuts, and read all teh tuts you can fully. that is the onyl way to get better.

I also know how u feel using milkshape its not easy to get good pics the model is ok but u can take off te grid and axis that might make it look better.

Gmax can still be downloaded on turbosquid, try it.

Get a nice angle and slap on a default shader or something so it's easier to see the contours of the model.
