(Mod Pic's) Team Dafin0: Grunt Wars

i have been working on this mod for a about 4 days and i thort that it was time to show you's wat i have been up to...
there is a bit of a story to the mod..
you are a grunt that got left on a island, you hide in some plants for days... but one day you hear the sound of friendly drop ships so you run to the sound to find that there is a larg battle taking place, the best way for you to live is to stay with your felow grunts and halp them fight...
any way thats wat i have come up with so far.
and so people dont ask... i thought u stoped modding because of your girlfriend (i am realy hate my self for say that)
well she is over seas at this time so i had time to make this mod... and it should be done in like 9 days or so.
you may not be able to see it in the pics but its raining!... and i did not rebuild it
and when i am done it will be night time

I may work on the menu a bit more.

looks good so far. but, are you going to swap the weapons? because, it would be silly to keep the weapons switched around. i still don't like the inverted colors on the UI. but keep working on it. are you going to mod the whole game or just that mission?

if people like it i will may make more, i am not to shor if i will but because i dont have much time any more to mod.
and i will have 2 different Bitmaps, one u will have to download because i made it rain, and so the only way (with out rebuilding the map) was to copy the skin for the rain. the other will have the rain and the new main menu and loading screen (yet to be seen)

That grunt look like that in-game or is that just a PS? If it is genuine, this may be one of the more amusing mods I've seen in over a year...

Nice job! I like your FP Hands skin. And in the third picture...does that grunt have the two tank things like the Heretic one, or is it just a perspective thing?

Pretty good! One thing I'd worry about with the double-speed powerup though is the big bug in it. Get the powerup, then load up any other level or join a multiplayer server or something. The game will still think you have it, it doesn't unload from memory. Weird bug, bah, but as long as they play this map then exit Halo and come back, it should be fine.

hmm it did not seem bugy to me because it only last for 1min well now 2 because i updated the beta that the testers have.
and sorry to all the people at files.halomods.com but u will not be seeing the mod here, i am only posting it at halopc.net
you could say that i am still a bit pissed off the my mod did not go to Outstanding Mods.... and plz dont start going on about me being pissed at that

easy to do nothing outstanding and your mainmenu isn't really looking good.

Dafino, to improve your mods beyond a normal level, I recommend getting a team together of PC modders, I'm sure if they enjoy your work they'll be glad to help! Remember, the more the merrier. From what I can tell this mod can use a lot of improvement, but has a good start. It just needs the rest of the runners in the race itself.

sorry i ment "the full halo mod" i made not this mod... i know its not a outstanding mod yet.
