Just be sure to get the character shadows in there. It makes it look unrealistic wtihout it. Look for the little details.

Yeah, a master chief almost half the size of a pelican. Way photoshopped and definately not following the tutorial very closely, but what the heck.

you really have to fix the first one, i mean all the MC's are different sizes and the explosion looks like an old coffe stain. i dont mean this as flaming, im just tryin to help by being honest.

This is what it looks like if you add a little flaring ,blur some edges ,add shadows, deep fry it, and add mayo. cheers.
Photoshop CS2 is teh roxxorz.

What he did was, Render/ Lens glare and thats about all he did for the nuke, or it looks that way,
