thats not an m4a1. that is infact a tank used in ww2. what he re-modeled is an M-16. used everyday in iraq right now... sorry jsut had to say that. my dad is at iraq for 18 mos. so its kinda hard on me.....

Actually it is an M4, an M16 is usually a 20" barrel with full length hand-guards(with the fully-auto feature), while an M4 has a notched barrel(for ease of mounting a m203), and shorter barrel, it also doesnt have full length hand guards.....there are more differences too but im too lazy to post them, and there are variations of the AR15, M4, and M16...like M4A1, M4A2, M4A3, mostly with differences in the sights, stocks, hand-guards, and the removable carry-handle.Xiion wrote:thats not an m4a1. that is infact a tank used in ww2. what he re-modeled is an M-16. used everyday in iraq right now... sorry jsut had to say that. my dad is at iraq for 18 mos. so its kinda hard on me.....

and xiion if you dads in iraq i'd expect you to know the difference between the M4A1, an M16, and the M1A1/A2. but sry to bout your dad that sucks
