The angle of that pic makes it look like the map and the sky are separated from each other by some horizon. ...

Perhaps some FP pictures.

I forgot about how incredibly awesome Turk is/was.
That's pretty awesome. I'm curious about how you go about this further (weapon placement, getting from lower to upper levels, scenery etc). The ground texture isn't very cool, needs more diversity, replace it and also use a shader that uses more than one texture - well, that's what I'd do, I don't mean to be telling you what to do ;p - and as mentioned, the sky doesn't appear to fit with the current stuff.

Has it been difficult to develop? Time consuming?

I planned on finishing collision first before fixing that issue.

I'm going to place them, with the scenario.
ScottyGEE wrote:and as mentioned, the sky doesn't appear to fit with the current stuff.
Eh, I'll fix some stuff up then, take the buildings out get so active scenery. I plan on making some active scenery and placing some custom blocs around the map.
ScottyGEE wrote:Has it been difficult to develop? Time consuming?
I would be done right now if I didn't have to work all week long. I'm not home right now ether, all i really need to do is finish collision, fix some shaders up, fix the sky, make some blocs, model and skin a hornet for active scenery, I'm sure no ones in a big rush to see it finished, no one really plays mods anymore, the best part about modding now is how fun doing it is and how challenging it can be at times.

I would but FP animations are a mess. They often show no block sizes so I don't know where a block of animation starts or ends. :?

Looks great!

Gah, just re formatted my xbox HD today and added some mods. The last time I made a mod was when Insolence was new  so I have forgotten pretty much everything.

True. Though I do enjoy seeing how people like you make mods and how polished they can be.

While I was setting up machine placements on that Tron-like "Demonyx"map of mine I got inspiration to make steering animations for the Pelican.
Every time I saw the Pelican in SP, it always bothered me that it never had a steering animation. Though it appears they intended to have one since they have a screen bounds setup for it.

Jackson screen capped it into an AVI. :]
Download AVI (4.93MB)
Now that I've had meh fun making custom animations, I shall return to researching them before my muse runs out.

I'm not sure what you are talking about because i've seen those animations before when I put a Pelican in a mp level. I see no difference.
