Yeah that's the albedo I was talking about, I 'major' in Geography but here we're taught it as solar radiation, instead of just sunlight.

And yes, snow has a higher albedo then water.

im a pic of halo war there was a dual wieldable energy sword. is that really going to be in halo 3? because it would totally be sweet and if there is an ingame pic of it can someone post it?

Swords aren't dual-wieldable. And probably never will be.

Dual weilding swords has no purpose whatsoever, unless they plan to have Star Wars type lightsaber duels (which would be awesome except this is HALO

Aside from using their intellectual property, I don't think Halo Wars has anything to do with Bungie. It's not going to be in Halo 3.

I hope it's an AI only thing... otherwise there are going to be a lot of legless brutes, marines, and probably anything else I can find that has legs.

k...man i wanted to do a double lunge with one sword and continue until he/she/it dies =( also i hope the leg cutting is also avalible like cuting up floods that would make me stand in one spot for a while when my ai teammate are being killed =) thx tho.

If you want to do that, go play Armored Core.

Please don't upload pictures to Halomods.com...there are plenty of dedicated sites out there for image hosting. Halomods has uploading for mods really.

Speaking of image uploaders, use the mini thumbnail they give you if the resolution is too high, like these ones.

Yeah, Valhalla does seem like the least impressive level (graphically). The cliffs are low resolution, and look really flat, while the ground just looks...lousy.
